Terms of Use

1. Eligibility 

Users must be 18+ years of age to join a PCK Travel™ membership. 

2. Prohibited Use & Resale Restrictions 

Members are strictly prohibited from reselling PCK Travel products, services, or benefits for profit. This includes: 

  • Making reservations on behalf of third parties for compensation
  • Charging fees for booking assistance
  • Operating as or mimicking Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)

Any member found engaging in such activity may have their membership permanently terminated. PCK Travel reserves the right to cancel membership without refund and pursue legal remedies or damages where permitted. 

3. Acceptable Use 

Members are prohibited from using PCK Travel services for unlawful or abusive purposes.   

4. Access to Services and Geographic Restrictions 

Access to the PCK Travel platform and certain services may be restricted or unavailable in some locations due to regulatory, security, sanctions, fraud-prevention, or provider requirements. PCK Travel reserves the right to block or limit access to the platform, features, or transactions from specific jurisdictions at its discretion. Such restrictions may apply regardless of a member’s country of residence or account origin. This includes compliance with sanctions laws such as the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) and other applicable trade, export or security restrictions.

5. Purchases & Payments 

Valid payment information is required to enroll in or maintain a PCK Travel membership or to purchase merchandise through the platform. All purchases are subject to availability. 

Membership Charges 
By enrolling, the cardholder agrees to the membership terms and conditions and authorizes PCK Travel to charge the payment method provided for applicable charges, including: 

  • Enrollment Fee 
  • Recurring monthly membership fee
  • Any applicable reactivation, upgrade, or service-related fees 

The Enrollment Fee is non-refundable once membership activation begins. Monthly membership fees recur automatically until canceled. There are no refunds for unused membership time or benefits not utilized by the member. 

Third Party Travel Bookings 
Travel bookings, reservations, or services redeemed through third party providers are governed by the terms, conditions, refund policies, and cancellation rules of the respective provider. PCK Travel does not control and is not responsible for third party pricing, availability, schedule changes, refunds, cancellations, or service delivery. 

Merchandise Purchases 
Merchandise purchases made through PCK Travel are separate from membership fees and are charged at the time of purchase. Prices, availability, shipping fees, and applicable taxes are disclosed at checkout. 

Merchandise refunds or exchanges, if offered, are subject to the return or exchange terms disclosed at the time of purchase and may be limited by product type, condition, fulfillment partner restrictions, or designation as final sale. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. 

Shipping Fulfillment
Merchandise orders may be fulfilled through third-party shipping carriers. Carrier rates, delivery timelines, and service commitments are determined by the carrier. PCK Travel is not responsible for delays, damage, or service disruptions caused by shipping carriers.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes 

Members who initiate chargebacks or payment disputes on valid charges may have their PCK Travel account suspended or terminated pending resolution. This applies to disputes related to: 

  • Enrollment fees 
  • Recurring membership fees 
  • Third party travel bookings 
  • Merchandise purchases 

Chargebacks initiated in bad faith, including disputes on charges clearly disclosed and agreed to at enrollment or checkout, may result in permanent account termination and disqualification from future participation in PCK Travel. 

Travel Booking Disputes 
Disputes related to travel bookings fulfilled by third party providers must be resolved directly with the applicable provider. Initiating chargebacks related to third party travel services may result in suspension or termination of the member’s account, regardless of the outcome of the dispute. 

Merchandise Disputes 
Members are encouraged to contact PCK Travel customer support regarding merchandise issues prior to initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks related to merchandise purchases may result in suspension or termination of account privileges. 

7. Membership Cancellation 

Members may cancel their monthly membership at any time. Please allow 3–5 business days for cancellation processing. Upon cancellation: 

  • Member login access to membership services will be revoked.
  • All loyalty points or unused benefits will be forfeited.
  • No prorated or partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
  • The One-Time Enrollment fee is non-refundable.

8. Reactivation Policy 

Cancelled members may re-enroll at a later date, subject to availability and reactivation terms. Reactivation may require: 

  • Payment of a reactivation fee, OR
  • Full repayment of the current enrollment price (MSRP)

Members permanently banned due to prohibited activity will not be eligible for reactivation. 

9. Use of Brand Assets & Account Access 

Members are encouraged to share their experiences on social media, including photos, trip stories, and personal travel wins. However: 

  • Use of official PCK Travel logos, trademarked phrases, promotional images, or proprietary brand content is prohibited without prior written approval.
  • Members may not use the PCK Travel platform or promotional language to appear as representatives, affiliates, or authorized resellers unless formally approved in writing.
  • Sharing login credentials, account access, or membership benefits with non-members is strictly prohibited. Accounts suspected of abuse may be suspended or terminated without refund. Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and security of account info.

10. Liability Disclaimer 

PCK Travel is a travel membership platform offering curated access to exclusive discounts and experiences. We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes made by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or third-party vendors. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel providers. PCK Travel is not responsible for the practices of third-party websites linked from our platforms. Services are provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind. 

11. No Guarantee of Rates or Availability 

Travel prices, inventory, and availability are determined by Travel Booking Suppliers and may change at any time. Rates are not confirmed until the booking is completed. PCK Travel cannot guarantee that displayed pricing or availability will remain valid prior to completing a reservation. 

12. Privacy & Data 

PCK Travel values your privacy and handles personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and secure transmission of data as described in that policy, including: 

  • Sharing necessary booking details with Travel Booking Suppliers via encrypted APIs or protected interfaces 
  • Receiving required service communications from suppliers (with the option to opt out of marketing) 
  • The use of cookies, analytics tools, and affiliate tracking technologies 
  • Optional marketing communications from PCK Travel, which you may unsubscribe from at any time 
  • Retention of data only as long as needed to provide services or meet legal requirements 
  • Disclosure of information if required to comply with law enforcement or protect the safety of members or the company

13. Promotional Codes & Fair Use 

Promotional codes may be offered from time to time and are subject to expiration, single-use limits, or campaign-specific restrictions. 

Abuse of codes (e.g., stacking, unauthorized resale, or sharing codes beyond intended scope) may result in cancellation of discounts or termination of membership. 

14. Right to Refuse or Revoke Membership 

PCK Travel reserves the right to deny or revoke membership to any individual at its sole discretion. 

This includes but is not limited to: violations of terms, suspected fraud, abuse of services, or conduct detrimental to the brand or community. 

15. Modifications to Terms 

Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted to the PCK Travel website and may be communicated via email. 

Continued use of the service constitutes agreement to the most recent version of the Terms of Service. 

16. Governing Law 

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved within the jurisdiction of Nevada courts. 

17. Personal Use Only 

PCK Travel memberships are for personal use only. Services, access, and rates may not be used for client billing, commercial resale, group reselling, or bundled package creation without prior written approval. 

18. Content & Imagery Disclaimer 

PCK Travel uses a combination of licensed photography, stock images, original content, and AI-assisted visuals across its website, promotional materials, and member platform. Some images may be representational, aspirational, or enhanced for brand consistency and may not depict exact on-site conditions at a specific hotel, resort, destination, or venue. 

AI-assisted imagery is used to support creative storytelling, highlight destination themes, and provide an immersive brand experience. These visuals are not intended to guarantee the appearance, layout, amenities, or environment of any property or location. 

Actual accommodations, views, facilities, and surroundings may vary. Members are responsible for reviewing detailed hotel descriptions, room types, inclusions, and any on-site information provided by the travel supplier prior to booking. 

By using the PCK Travel platform, you acknowledge and agree that: 

  • Some imagery is illustrative in nature
  • Visual content may not reflect exact real-world conditions
  • PCK Travel is not liable for discrepancies between representational imagery and actual travel experiences

This section applies to all website content, marketing materials, hero banners, destination pages, social media posts, and membership communication.
