PCK Travel is a membership-based travel platform designed to help members discover, plan, and book meaningful travel experiences with access to private, member-only pricing and curated content.

Members gain insider access to a global network of over 850,000 hotels, resorts, and vacation accommodations, along with additional travel services including flights, cruises, tours, activities, and lifestyle discounts. PCK Travel also offers branded travel gear and dedicated member support to help simplify the planning process.

Rather than overwhelming travelers with endless options, PCK Travel focuses on curation, value, and ease. From weekend escapes to once-in-a-lifetime journeys, PCK Travel brings together savings, inspiration, and trusted booking tools in one streamlined experience.

To join PCK Travel, users must be 18 years of age or older and complete the enrollment process for a selected membership tier.

Memberships may include:

    • An enrollment fee, which may be promotional or reduced depending on the offer at the time of sign-up.

    • An ongoing monthly or annual membership fee, depending on the plan selected.

Enrollment and membership fees, billing cadence, and renewal terms are clearly disclosed at the time of sign-up. Memberships must remain active and in good standing to retain access to member-only pricing and benefits.

All memberships are subject to PCK Travel’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and members may cancel prior to renewal to avoid future charges.

PCK Travel is a flexible membership platform, not a timeshare or vacation ownership program. There are no-long term contracts, property commitments, or required presentations. Members may cancel at any time.

Some properties available through our travel network may also offer timeshare or vacation ownership products independently. Participation in any marketing presentation is entirely optional and not required to book or travel through PCK Travel.

PCK Travel memberships are generally available to users worldwide, including the United States, Canada, Mexico, the UK, and many other countries.

However, access to certain features, including hotel search or booking, may be limited or unavailable in some countries due to regulatory requirements, sanctions, fraud-prevention controls, or restrictions imposed by our technology and travel partners.

In particular:

  • Users located in countries subject to U.S. sanctions or trade restrictions may not be able to access the platform or complete bookings.

  • In some regions, users may be able to browse content but may encounter limitations at search or checkout.

PCK Travel operates as a membership-based platform that provides access to travel benefits, content, and booking technology. Travel bookings and related services are fulfilled by licensed travel providers. PCK Travel maintains appropriate business insurance coverage for its operations.

    • Curated tours, experiences, and excursions across global destinations.

Benefits, availability, and savings vary by destination, provider, and travel dates. Pricing and terms are always displayed before booking.

Memberships are intended for personal and household use. Members may book travel for themselves and immediate household members, including spouses, partners, dependents, and family members traveling with or on behalf of the household.

Bookings may not be resold, transferred for profit, or used to operate as a travel agent or commercial service. Abuse of booking privileges may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

No. Memberships are issued to individual members and require the member’s direct consent to our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and applicable program rules. For this reason, memberships cannot be purchased or transferred to another party.

You may, however, invite others to join PCK Travel so they can enroll directly.

The  enrollment fee helps activate and maintain access to private, member-only travel pricing and negotiated partner benefits that are not available to the general public. This includes access to wholesale and unpublished hotel rates, travel services, and lifestyle discounts.

The ongoing monthly membership fee supports continued access to the platform, ongoing partner integrations, customer support, and the expansion of benefits across travel, retail, dining, and lifestyle services.

Think of it like a membership to an exclusive club, rather than a one-time transaction. Instead of earning points or waiting for rewards, members receive immediate value through discounted travel, shopping, and dining offers that can often offset the cost of membership over time.

All fees, renewal terms, and any promotional pricing are clearly disclosed at the time of enrollment, and members may cancel prior to renewal to avoid future charges.

The enrollment fee is charged at the time of sign-up.

In some cases, an enrollment fee may apply again at renewal, depending on your membership tier or any promotional offer in effect when you joined. If a renewal enrollment fee applies, it is always disclosed in advance.

Members receive notice before any renewal and may cancel prior to renewal to avoid future charges, in accordance with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

No. There is no fixed-term contract or multi-month commitment required. Memberships are ongoing and designed to be flexible, with the ability to cancel at any time as outlined in our cancellation policy.

Yes. Monthly memberships may be canceled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

Please note that the enrollment fee is non-refundable, and any membership fees already billed are not refunded. Upon cancellation, access to member benefits ends at the conclusion of the billing period, and any unused benefits are forfeited.

    • Log in using the username and password you created at checkout to access your member Account Portal.
    • In your Account Portal, you can view your active membership, manage orders, and update your details.
    • Select Travel Portal to begin searching and booking. Use the username and password you created at checkout to log in.

Membership Tiers & Benefits

At launch, PCK Travel is offering our PCK Essentials membership, designed to give members access to curated travel benefits, exclusive pricing, and member only experiences. Additional membership tiers with expanded benefits are planned for the future and will be introduced thoughtfully as the platform evolves. Yes, members can upgrade at any time. Upgrading may require a one-time tier adjustment fee, and your new benefits will begin once the upgrade is processed.

PCK Travel is designed to deliver value primarily through negotiated, member-only pricing rather than a traditional points or rewards program. This approach allows us to focus on offering meaningful savings at the time of booking instead of requiring members to accumulate points for future use.

While PCK Travel does not currently offer a rewards program, we may introduce additional benefits or reward-based features in the future.

No. Member benefits vary by membership plan. Some plans include additional services or enhanced access designed for more frequent travelers or expanded use. Specific benefits and inclusions are clearly outlined at the time of enrollment.

Retail Merchandise

Not at this time. Retail merchandise is sold separately through the PCK Travel Store. From time to time, members may receive promotional offers, special pricing, or early access to select products.

Apparel and merchandise may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom or personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Most PCK Travel merchandise is branded, not custom, unless explicitly stated on the product page.

Kits & Bundled Items
For kits or bundled products, replacement or refund eligibility applies only to the defective or damaged item within the kit, unless otherwise determined by PCK Travel.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Absolutely! PCK Travel merchandise make great travel gifts. 

At this time, PCK Travel merchandise is available for shipping within the United States only. We plan to introduce international shipping options in the future as our fulfillment capabilities expand and demand grows.

Currently, PCK Travel merchandise is offered directly to our members and customers. We may explore select wholesale, resale, or partnership opportunities in the future. Billing & Reactivation

No. Membership fees are non-refundable, even if no bookings are made. We encourage members to explore deals and maximize their savings.

You may rejoin, but you’ll be required to pay either a reactivation fee or the full Annual Enrollment Fee at the current rate.

Yes. PCK Travel uses industry-standard PCIDSS compliant encryption and secure payment processing to protect your data. We do not store credit card details and will never sell or rent your personal information. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.

Account & Access

No. Memberships are intended for individual use only. Sharing login credentials or making bookings for others is prohibited.
You may book travel for household members, but selling bookings or operating as a travel agent using your account is strictly prohibited.

Promo Codes & Offers

Only one promo code can be used per membership. Abuse of discount codes may result in account suspension.

From time to time, PCK Travel offers limited-time promotions or introductory pricing on select memberships. Currently, new members may have access to an introductory offer on our PCK Essentials membership.

All bookings are facilitated through PCK Travel’s vetted network of third-party travel suppliers and providers. These suppliers are responsible for fulfilling travel services, including reservations, confirmations, changes, and cancellations, and each provider sets its own terms, conditions, and policies.

PCK Travel acts as a membership platform providing access to private pricing and booking tools but does not operate as the travel service provider for hotels, airlines, cruise lines, or activity operators.

Travel services are provided by third-party suppliers, and any changes, disruptions, cancellations, or service issues are governed by the policies of the individual provider. PCK Travel is not responsible for changes made by airlines, hotels, cruise lines, or other travel vendors.

Yes. PCK Travel uses select AI tools to help bring destinations and travel concepts to life. Many visuals combine AI with stock imagery, licensed content, or real photography captured by our teams while traveling.

AI helps us keep costs low, improve creativity, and present aspirational travel experiences for our members. Every piece of content is reviewed and curated by our team to ensure it reflects the quality, inclusivity, and style of the PCK brand.

Some destination visuals are representational and may not reflect exact on-site views, hotel layouts, amenities, or conditions. We encourage members to review hotel details, live inventory, guest photos, and available on-site information when booking.
