SMS & Mobile Data Privacy

SMS Terms and Conditions  Upon messaging opt-in, the end user agrees to receive messages from PCK TRAVEL regarding GENERAL COMMUNICATIONS and CUSTOMER SUPPORT. End users can opt-out by replying STOP or request more information by replying HELP. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. We may share your information only with: 

A. Travel Booking Suppliers

To fulfill reservations, membership services, or travel-related requests, we may share only the information necessary with Travel Booking Suppliers. This may include:

  • Hotels and resorts
  • Cruise lines
  • Airlines and ticketing platforms
  • Activity and excursion operators
  • Tour companies
  • Vacation rental providers
  • Car rental agencies
  • Payment processors and booking technology systems 

Information is shared solely for the purpose of completing your reservation or delivering requested services, and does not imply any formal partnership, endorsement, or joint venture between PCK Travel and these suppliers. This sharing is required to complete reservations or provide member benefits. 

Payment processing and booking fulfillment are handled by third-party Travel Booking Suppliers or payment processors acting as merchant of record, and are subject to their respective privacy and data handling practices. 

B. Trusted Service Providers

We may share limited information with services that help us operate PCK Travel, including:

  • Analytics platforms
  • Customer support tools
  • Email service providers
  • Fraud prevention or security systems 
  • Shipping & Fulfillment Providers – When you place a merchandise order, we share necessary shipping information such as name, delivery address, and contact details with fulfillment partners and shipping carriers solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your order.

C. Legal, Safety, or Compliance Requirements

We may disclose data if required to:

  • Comply with law enforcement or regulatory requests
  • Protect PCK Travel™ or our members
  • Investigate fraud or misuse 

D. Data Transmission & Communications

Information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence, including the United States, where data protection laws may differ. 

  • Secure Data Transmission to Travel Booking Suppliers 
    When you make a reservation or request travel services, PCK Travel sends the necessary information to Travel Booking Suppliers using secure electronic methods such as encrypted API connections or protected booking interfaces. Information is shared only for the purpose of completing your reservation or providing the services you request. 
  • Marketing Communications from Travel Booking Suppliers 
    After a booking is completed, some Travel Booking Suppliers may send confirmation messages, service updates, or promotional content related to your travel arrangements. These communications come directly from the supplier. Members may opt out of supplier marketing at any time without affecting their booking or future reservations. 
  • Marketing Communications From PCK Travel 
    PCK Travel may use your email address or stated preferences to share travel offers, membership updates, and relevant communications. You may unsubscribe from PCK Travel marketing at any time through the opt out link included in each message. Opting out will not affect your ability to use your membership or make bookings. 

 E. Data Retention

PCK Travel and travel providers retain member and booking information only as long as necessary to deliver services, meet legal or compliance obligations, or maintain accurate transaction and accounting records. Data that is no longer required is securely deleted or anonymized. 

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies for:

  • Site performance and functionality
  • Analytics and traffic measurement
  • Affiliate tracking and commission attribution 
  • Member login sessions

Terms, Taxes, & Fees

This certificate is void if bartered or sold to the recipient. This certificate is valid for a reservation registration validation form offering two adults, 21 years of age or older with two nights of All Inclusive Resort Accommodations in either Mexico or Dominican Republic.

Bookings require at least a 30 day advance notice. You must redeem your certificate before the expiration date in order to activate your offer. Once redeemed you will have 24 months to register with the fulfilling travel agency and the travel must be completed within this time. Your only cost after activation is $30 per person per night. Additional travelers will incur additional fees. These fees are paid directly to the fulfillment travel agency and are payable by credit card at the time of booking over the phone.

Dates near holidays, weekends and during major conventions are not available. Additional terms and conditions may apply with each independent property.

Any additional fees such as but not limited to: hotel/resort/condo fees, miscellaneous taxes, maid service fees and any other incidental charges are the responsibility of the travelers. This offer is not good for group travel of two or more certificate holders.

This certificate cannot be combined with any other promotional vacation offer. The expiration date on this certificate pertains only to activation of this certificate and not actual travel. Travel must be completed within 24 months of activation. This certificate has no cash surrender value. Void if discontinued and where prohibited by law.

Only one redemption per household every 24 months allowed. The terms of this offer are subject to change without notice. Do not make travel arrangements until you receive a written booking confirmation number. This certificate will be considered void if manipulated in any way or altered in any unauthorized manner. All promotional inventory is based strictly on availability.

The travel agency reserves the right to offer alternate arrival dates and destinations. By participating in this promotional offer you release all distributors, 3rd party administrators, fulfilling travel agencies of liability of any actual or potential loss that may arise in connection with this offer. This offer has no cash value. Each traveler is responsible for all necessary travel documents for each country they visit. Any fees to redeem or activate this offer are non refundable, if applicable. Once activated this offer is tied to the original redeemer and not transferable. You must be able to speak, read, type and fully understand the English language. This certificate will be considered void if bartered or purchased for legal tender by the recipient. This certificate is valid for a reservation request form offering two adults and up to two children 11 years of age or younger up to 4 nights of Resort Accommodations in your choice of either Mazatlan, Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta, Nuevo Vallarta or Cancun (Mayan Riviera), Mexico!

You must redeem this certificate in order to activate the offer. Your cost to book the reservation is just taxes and fees for a total of $149. All reservations require a minimum of 30 days advance notice to book. This offer is only good for English speaking individuals. Departures and check ins are Sundays, Mondays or Tuesdays.

The recipient of this certificate is responsible for all expenses including but not limited to: transfers, food, gratuities, all pertinent fees, Mexican Government taxes, hotel surcharges and any other miscellaneous expenses.
